This FIA & MSUK 2025 Seat Rail Kit features all you need to fit your seats to the latest FIA standards.

Each kit contains:

• 2x Seat Rails of Length 720mm 35mm X 35mm X 2.5mm Box - 25CrM04 as prescibed by the FIA

       *FIA & MSUK requirements stipulate Square Extruded Box material (NOT WELDED)

       *Boss positions to 330mm centres - XS

• 4x M8 Threaded Insets to be Welded into Rails (EN14 Steel)
• 8x Pre-Drilled End Plates - TO MS UK Thickness of 3mm (CR4)
• 8x 30mm - M8 Cap Head Bolts (12.9)
• 8x Weldable M8 nuts
• 8x M8 Washers
• 8x M8 Spring Washer

Not to be mistaken for low grade box material

25CrMo4

A Continental/European spec, very similar in terms of properties to T45.

• Much lower quantities of Manganese, but higher Chrome content.
• Composición y propiedades casi idénticas a las del 4130
• Fácilmente soldable con los procedimientos correctos.

Propiedades:

• Límite elástico - mín. 600 MPa.
• Tracción - 700 - 900 MPa.
